District 14 is located in southeastern Arizona. It includes all of Cochise and Greenlee counties, most of Graham County (excluding only the San Carlos Apache Reservation) and the eastern portion of Pima County. The district follows Interstate-19 as part of its western border in Pima County. Minorities represent 39.1 percent of the total population and 35.0 percent of the voting age population.
